Very unreliable in delivery their products meaning that they don’t deliver when was promised and they don’t even communicate the change of it. So the builder cannot plan the flow of his work

Delivered on time and good prices
Delivery driver have no problems to place the load where I requested

I needed an urgent delivery the next day, I was told that the delivery slot was 10-2pm but I SHOULD have the delivery by 11am.
The following day after calling 5 times from 11am I eventually got the delivery at 2.30pm.

P.s. they sneak delivery fee in the invoice and don't tell you about it on the phone.

I've been using Majors in Ilford for over 5 years. You place your order and everything is loaded onto your van........saving a lot of time trudging around a store looking for the materials. The service you get is excellent, always very friendly and very helpful.....both at the counter and in the yard. The delivery times are very good too. All-in-all, a top quality service provider and supplier of building materials !

Ordered from them several times now, cheapest in the area and deliver quickly. I'll use for all my jobs locally.
