Very easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble
5"I wanted to drop you a line to thank Major for the way he managed our recent loft conversion with you.
Major came to introduce himself a few weeks before the build began and explained everything to us.
As promised, they worked almost exclusively through the scaffolding so there was next to no inconvenience in the house. However, whenever a decision needed to be made Major would invite us up and explain how everything was progressing.
Major and his team were very easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. Major was also very careful to ensure the various tradesmen worked to his standards and that everything was co-ordinated as much as possible.
Once the main build was over Major was very happy to make numerous return visits to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
The final finish on the conversion is of a very high standard and everyone who sees it comments on this.
