For over 20 years, our award-winning FENSA regulated firm has successfully manufactured and supplied windows, doors and conservatories to our clients. Our company is owned and run by three experienced directors that work in a ‘hands-on’ role – and actually know how our processes work!

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and all of our products are manufactured ‘in-house’ at our Head Office in Birmingham. And the same goes for our fitters – they are our own trusted staff, with many years of experience between them.

In order for us to supply you with the best energy rated product, we prefer to fully understand how you are going to use the product – before we make any suggestions. Aftercare is a joke

Had an extension done by main stream windows with a roof window. This was done few years ago, one of the glass panels moved a bit. Contacted Bob, doesn't want to know. So Contacted another company who said glass should not have moved in the first place. They then saw another issue and said to contact the original company as there is an issue with the roof window which is letting water in. We told them that this was fitted a few years ago, they said it should not happening and said to contact them. I tried several times to contact Bob but again doesn't want to know. Never again use mainstream as aftercare is a joke.

Excellent service replacing conservatory roof

Mainstream was the only company to respond to my 5 enquiries about replacing a small conservatory roof. Bob came out the next day and we were pleased with the choice of prices he gave us. The work was scheduled as soon as possible. James and apprentice Harry arrived on time; worked solidly through miserable weather; dealt without any fuss with the inevitable unknowns revealed in any job and left everywhere as clean as they possibly could. They were both professional and respectful of us and our property. Sincere thanks to them both, especially Harry for the cleaning.

FIRST CLASS!!

First class service from a first class company. We received professional advice from start to finish. Management were extremely helpful and the fitters were very skilled, in addition to being helpful throughout the fitting process. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Mainstream Windows. For any future requirements for double glazing products, Mainstream will be our first port of call.
