After a number of previous failed attempts getting three different plumbers to do what later proved to be an awkward and odd job in our bathroom, I thankfully found Shaun online and the many positive and candid reviews about him. The job was a bit of a challenge, but Shaun was no short of the kind of patience and ingenuity only found in experienced and resourceful professionals. He succeeded where others failed. The job demanded both plumbing and tiling skills, and a fair bit of thinking out of the box, and it was all done to a high standard. A bonus about Shaun is his professional yet personable approach to service, his tidiness, organization and punctuality. He is also a respectful and polite gentleman who will entertain a few good old jokes.
