Established in 1979, Maina Group of Companies began under the name of Maina Freight Forwarders LTD offering comprehensive Air & Sea Freight Services worldwide. Operations were controlled via one shared warehouse unit and one office. Maina Freight Forwarders PLC has since grown and has become a household name in the logistics Industry.
In the year 1995, Maina Imports LTD was established to undertake import clearance from around the world. Within another decade in 2004, Maina Couriers LTD was established to offer parcel services on a door to door basis around the world.
