1Their senior staff told me that due to my images within the file contained "poorly configured cmyk values", prints would not come out the same as they displayed on the screen. I am disappointed by this particulars staff's attitude when the other service delivered the same images without the cyan tint.
For a professional service, they should be checking some sample pages and ensure that the icc profile is configured correctly so it is as close to the colour displayed on screen. This does not seem to be the case!
TL;DR If you are in a rush to print don't use this service. Print with your own printer and good paper. It is not worth having a badly colored print.
If you want to get ripped off, this is the place!
