Let Down and out of pocket.

Maidstone tree services partially carried out a job that i have fully paid for. This was done over a day and a half with myself and my husband helping him as he was working alone due to being 'let down by his apprentice'. He was due to come back and finish the job but has since continually let us down by not turning up. He is now ignoring my phone calls and requests for a partial refund so i can pay someone to finish the work. I feel very let down by Jon Williams. He seemed more than capable of doing his job so i can't work out whether he just can't be bothered to get out of bed in the mornings or if his intentions are more sinister. Either way we have paid for a job that is not finished. Very disappointed. If Jon would like to return my calls and rectify the issues I will happily revisit this review.
