Poor fitting, worse service

Did not fit windows with vents as per regulations. Tried to charge to retrofit. Caused property damage when attempting to rectify the issue. Also, damaged brand new window frames which needed replacing. Took 4 months to fix issues back to normal. No communication, support or apology from the company. Avoid.
