Will not be back

I used to purchase cold water gold fish from Dobbies in Lisburn. I had goldfish from here that are now six years old. About three months ago I called in to buy two new goldfish. I was surprised to find that Maidenhead had taken it over. On the sunday I called in it was busy and the staff were all the till drinking tea. There were fresh fish on the counter to be unpacked. The staff did not seem as knowledgeable or helpful as the dobbies staff used to be. I purchased two coldwater goldfish. Within 24 hours the first of the goldfish was upside down. I called for advice and was told to feed it peas, and it was common and would pass. Over the months I have feed this fish peas, and treated for swim badder. The fish is still living but unable to go to the bottom of the tank. It was not a healthy fish i brought. The other fish has also died. Prices are more expensive than other pet shops. My advice go elsewhere and pay alot less for healthy goldfish. I certainly will not be back.
