Appalled by the way in which I was spoken to when I asked for help -wont be going back - I've been a loyal customer for years

We found everyone to be very friendly. I was shocked to see all the bad reviews, we have been to a few of their stores and phoned regarding specific stock. They will try to get you what you want. I just think many of their customers go away happy and don't think to leave a review whereas those few who had a problem are the only ones writing a review.

Terrible experience with this store after being a customer for years with Maidenhead
Spent over £500 and I've had nothing but trouble with this tank.
Wouldn't accept responsibility over the state of the tank and the products they sold with it.
I've lost loads of fish and I'm absolutely disgusted with my experience.
Would never recommend to anyone!
Service from workers didn't care, should no remorse and lack of sympathy.

The manager in the cardiff store, is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Spoke to me like I was a total idiot then tried to over charge me by nearly £100. Disgusting. Won't return.

Could not believe how expensive this place has become""..........a rip off ....Run of the mill fish at over the top prices......
