Poor service, confirmed collection dates missed twice.

Unreliable service. My partner is an NHS worker and was given new clothes for alteration. Was given two confirmed days for collection (both times requiring a drive in to Norwich Road). Both times not ready, and had to put up with the owner having a full blown argument and swearing on second trip.

Very unprofessional and the third time when i attended to collect, the owner offered to round down the cost by £1 for the inconvenience.

Excellent work! Satin jumpsuit had some quite bad stains but they worked on it 3 x to get rid of them. The turnaround was swift and the service courteous. Thank you very much!

I have been using Magic Touch dry cleaners for years. They always are friendly and highly efficient. My wife and my clothes are returned promptly and in excellent order.

They fixed lovely expensive curtains we had that a school hamster nibbled a hole through and you would never have noticed the mend.

My wife's skirts were all altered when she lost lots of weight and again the work was excellent. Now I live further away I still always return to them. It is a wonderful dry cleaners. I would never go anywhere else. Mr. Whitney

Amazing friendly service, I take all my dry cleaning and alterations here and they are always done to the highest standard. They go out of their way to help and are highly professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have given these guys some of my most expensive clothes to be altered and cleaned and they have never let me down. They are very professional and really care. I would highly recommend this business to anyone as they have earned my trust.
