I, David Magro (Company Owner) am on site leading the construction process and liaising with the customer at job level.
I will also be your point of contact right from the initial visit, this way we are all on the same page and I can offer you my honest advice, I am a qualified carpenter, not a typical salesman offering you the world. My aim is to listen to what the customer has in mind and then to advise suggestions that will maximise your loft conversion to it's full potential whilst suiting your individual needs.

5They were courteous, reliable and clean, keeping any disruption to a minimum.
They organised the whole project from start to finish gaining the necessary approvals and ensuring the appropriate trades people were on-site at correct time keeping the building time down to minimum.
They converted an old underused attic space into a large sized bedroom with en-suite which is bright and airy and a real pleasure to be in.

5If you have to have builders in your life for weeks on end - these are the people to go with!
The project was professionally managed throughout. Meaning we got the most out our attic space and have ended up with a really special area a good sized bedroom, living area and spacious shower room. With loads of light and beautiful views. Really important as we are a multigenerational family and needed a comfortable living area for our oldest member.
Magic Lofts are also the cleanest builders we have ever encountered. Communication was excellent throughout.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.
