AVOID THESE CROOKS

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst carpet cleaning company in London. Do not let these thugs anywhere near your home or family.
Came an hour earlier than scheduled. Our housekeeper had to rush to be there early to let them in. Then they disappeared and came back an hour later than scheduled. They then did a poor job in 30 mins instead of the usual 90 mins including not doing what was agreed.
Now they are threatening to take me to the small claims court because I don’t want to pay the full amount for the poor job and inconvenience of this dishonest group of fraudsters. They are also illegally trying to charge me additional commercial late fees (applicable only to businesses not consumers).
The service and attitude from Alex and Zorik is rude, threatening and aggressive. DO NOT LET THESE THUGS INTO YOUR HOME.

Vile, rude, unprofessional company

I had a booking on the 28th February for a carpet clean and everything leading up to this job being done and post job was problematic. The technician didnt want to carry out the carpet clean when he realised I lived on the 3rd floor with no lift and that there was parking restrictions in the area. Even though i offered assistance he insisted he wouldnt do the job, giving no explanation until I threatened to leave a bad review at which point they agreed to complete the job. The following day I noticed the scent in the carpet had worsened and following the info I found on the company's website, I would be offered a further clean within 24hrs if I was unhappy. When I called the office I was insulted and told they will not come out again and would not be working with people like "me". Shocked is an understatement considering how hospitable I was. The man I spoke to I believe is Zorik and how unprofessional he was. My money was given back however the treatment I received was uncalled for.
