Madeley Heath Motors

I have had my car a little over 2 months now that I bought from Aaron at Madeley Heath Motors. This is a dealership I will be definitely buying my next cars from. From the start to picking up my lovely Mercedes was easy, we had been to three different garages and didn't feel like we were getting anywhere but the buying experience was made easy by the no hard sell attitude that Aaron had.

I was well treated from the first call, through to picking up the car - a 2006 X3 at a reasonable price. There was a minor confusion on their side with the delivery timing but that was sorted out with no impact on me and with their sincere apologies. Had the car for a couple of weeks now - very happy.

Russ Parkinson, the Salesman looked after my wife superbly whilst dealing with the purchase of her new car - the fourth one she has bought from David Marson and the team at Madeley. She wouldn't consider going anywhere else, they are such a helpful bunch of people especially Mark who deals with all the handover paperwork efficiently and Russ who made the whole thing seem so simple!
