Madeleine worked with our organisation's senior leadership team at a time of transition. She was able to draw on her extensive knowledge to identify interventions. She is intelligent, skilful and brings a wealth of resources and contacts. On a personal level I have valued her calm reflection and ability to 'cut to the chase' as I explored opportunities for career development. I would say t...hat it has been working with Madeleine over an extended period of time that has been most beneficial as we all tend to subconsciously block out the things that are unpalatable to hear! Being able to revisit growth areas and tackle unhelpful thought patterns has resulted in choices that I wouldn't have made without Madeleine's wise observations. I'm now looking forward to an exciting new phase in my personal development, taking on a new challenge and looking forward to it immensely.

I can't recommend Madeleine highly enough.

Madeleine has literally helped me turn my life around. I was offered the job I wanted and on top of that they told me i was the best interviewee they had seen in a long time. I am so pleased. I did exactly as she helped me worked on.
Madeleine has given me so much help and guidance , i now feel i have the tools to continue along my positive path.
She is highly skilled and amazing at her job , i can't recommend her highly enough.
