Order flowers early this week for my dad anniversary to pick up today at 9 on Friday. Got there the flowers weren't done and had to wait 15mins which made me later for family gathering today 9.30 in stevenage . When looking at basket , not worth the money 2 single roses are nearly dead. The owner was just standing there , didn't give a hoot

Valentines madness. Can’t walk into a shop and buy something

You go into the shop one day before Valentine’s Day to order some flowers for collection for the next day . You get turned away and are told to phone them , and are told they’re not going to stay there all night doing bouquets ( i thought that was their job) you can’t order online for Valentine’s Day the earliest is a day late , oh and at £90 for a dozen red roses I’d have expected to be able to get them when I want them . I’ve used this florist for 15 years plus , thought they were better than this ..
