Today my car had NOT and winter service with Maddisons. It was arranged my car would becollected, the work carried out and returned. The car was collected on time, I was notified on completion and returned to my home address. Excellent service, finally a company who do what they say they will. Well done would recommend. Outstanding service. Use them for services, MOT and repairs. I drive an old caddy which I use for surfing. Oil filter casing was leaking, I could have paid a lot of money for a new part for an tired old engine. However they sourced a second hand one for me at a fraction of the price. Couldn't wish for a better service from a local business. Will go back everytime....

Double check the price before they start the work

Was quoted a price however, once all work was done, they called to state the car was done however they had incorrectly calculated the price and it was going to be a lot more. Upon saying I wouldn't of had the work done if I knew it was going to be that price, I was questioned "What did you expect for the work we've done?"... obviously I expected the amount quoted.
