Machine Mart Glasgow

We needed a pressure washer and phoned the Glasgow store to see what was in stock. We outlined what we wanted to do with the pressure washer and they made a suggestion which we thought sounded ok. They had it in stock and reserved it for us for purchase later that day. They were helpful and knew their stuff, and this has always been our experience over the last 10 years or so that we have used this branch. They are COVID aware and so are we. If someone is exempt from wearing a mask that is quite acceptable - but those people must keep in mind that it does not make them exempt from being able to pass the virus on to other people and so they need to spend the minimum amount of time in any store and sanitise on entry, as should we all.

I was discriminated against on my most recent visit. I am face mask exempt and would not be allowed to browse the store which made for a very embarrassing interaction. It is not inclusive at all and for someone with an exemption was horrible.
The store was also empty (as usual) might I add.
