Appalling customer after care !!

On returning home from making a purchase a different price was noticed in the current catalogue than was paid . Following a phone call I was told that there was a misprint in the catalogue and I should have noticed a sign in the shop informing me of the difference , ahha my fault entirely!! I was informed that if I returned the item a refund would be given meaning my trip to MACHINE MART would have resulted in me being out of pocket by some £20 for my fuel use !!! NO offer of a further discount voucher or say a £10 voucher or any compensation for my wasted journeys at all . Very Impressive!!! Thankyou

Service needs work

Tool wasn't in stock so had to be order, took 3+ days.
I had to phone numerous times to see if it had been received as the staff could be bothered.
Open the tool in store to ensure it was fit for purpose, wasn't easy to figure out and any request for assistance from the staff was greeted by "you'll figure it out".
Ordering and service most defenatly need work.
