Guy on the ground floor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Girls on the lower ground floor were unwelcoming and miserable - get a grip girls, you're there to serve the public !

no interest in customer's complaint

I was sold a linen with stretch in it, which made it totally unsuitable for my needs, but the manageress wouldn't speak with me, despite endless messages I left. I'd never enter their premises again, regardless of contents; they don't deserve our custom.
