Basket of flowers (£60) ordered by my 89 year old Dad for my Mum to be delivered on Christmas Eve never arrived! My Dad was distraut and very aggitated all day waiting for them. By the time we realised that they were not coming the shop was closed and it took to the 29th Dec before we got a reply at the shop. No apology just asked if we wanted a refund (which of course we did!). I queried why it had not arrived - she said the orders were overwhelming. At no time were we contacted to inform us that the basket would not be delivered. I suspect that the arrangement was not even made. Very disappointing - will NEVER use again!

Ordering flowers with Joyce by phone or by email is done with ease and Joyce insures that the flowers are delivered on time and I can ensure you I have never had any disappointments or bad feed back from my wife / Daughter or from my mum.
