Following my initial contact in early December 2020, the MD visited and quoted for a domestic Aircon/Heat Pump in our lounge. Any queries I had were satisfactorily answered. I found an independent electrician to install an outside power point as Mac Marney could not offer that service. Installation of the unit was delayed because of the Covid situation but eventually fitted in early February by their very professional engineer, in a Covid safe manner. I am very pleased with the unit which blends in well with our home decor. It functions well as a back up heater and will come into its own in the summer months to keep us cool.

Caused more problems than they solved then charged to fix them- not open to discussions just want money. would never use again. Suggest avoid using this company
