Getting it done when you need it done

Rang at 10.30 re: blocked external drain; engineer arrived around 4.00 and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. He also looked at and advised on a couple of other small problems. He was personable and friendly as was the lady who answered my call and arranged the visit. The price was very reasonable. What more could you want.
