BMW M3 - Poor service

Booked my M3 for service.
When I arrived at my slot I was told that there was a car left from the day before. This took 54mins to be take off.

I then saw my car entering the premises again after been taken so a spin. In the garage I could hear wheel spins and was then told that the service is being started ( an hour and 10min from my slot).

I didnt like that the fact my car was taken for a spin. When I spoke to the manager I was told the floor indoors is wet hence the wheel spin nothing was said about who took it out and why. I was then told to stay inside.

The service itself took ages, I feel that maybe parts of my cars were taken off as the drive home wasnt the same.

Exterior styling

Mstyle really did a very good job with my 2series 220i. The outcome and the result for carbon front splitter, carbon performance side mirror, carbon performance spoiler and gloss black double slat grill is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend them to anyone, service is spot on. Job well done👏🏼

Excellent service

Heard about MStyle through a friend. Been having a few issues with my BMW and were recommended them. Got it booked in quickly and when it came to the diagnosis, it took a couple of hours but they only charged me for the one. Ryan was super helpful and took me through everything explaining the work involved and how much the repairs would be. It's nice that he took the time to be thorough and the other staff were really friendly offering hot drinks. Car is working perfectly now and I will definitely be going back for any work on my car.
