***NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS,SOOOO UNHELPFUL AND EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE *** I would just like to warn everyone to NEVER use this carpet company based in hadleigh. Had nothing but problems with them, been waiting in since 2pm to have our carpet re fitted due to a flaw in it. Now saying tomorrow and us not convenient. Won't answer their phones and haven't done for the last 2 weeks of problems we've had with them and now won't answer messages either. BEWARE.

Carpet and fitting

I went to this fairly new shop in the High street - keeping business local - for an elderly gentleman who needed a new carpet in the bedroom. They came round and measured, I picked out the carpet, they made a date for fitting, turned up on the dot, got on with the job without moaning about anything (which is unusual nowadays) and gave an excellent service, extremely reasonable prices and the gentleman whose flat was fitting with the carpet is getting them to come back and do his lounge. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.
