In 2014 he fitted the wrong flame thermostat to my boiler that wasn't working as it should, charged a call out fee and charged for the wrong part. I have called M R Pool Services again this year 2015 but he failed to turn up as he said he would. I have called another fully qualified gas engineer to come take a look and, yes indeed it was the flame sensor, he has replaced the wrong one that M R Pools fitted with the correct one ordered from the States and what do you know, it works, it just goes to show, get someone QUALIFIED to do the job.
