Quality company , highly recommend ,Great company highly recommend

Had a burst pipe , they said they’d be there in 3 hours and they were . Quality workmanship . I would highly recommend . ,We had a burst pipe that we drilled into whilst decorating . I called and they got out to us in 3 hours .receptionist was nice . They arrived just as promised . Took shoes off at the door when entering the house , found the issue and sorted everything for us . Workmanship was quality . Would highly recommend .

Excellent service !

Can't praise this company enough as they called to deal with a gas leak. I was originally expecting them later in the day, but Justin called much earlier as he had finished a job. He was able to establish the route of the problem. I was expecting to have to wait a day or two for it to be fixed, but super heroes Chris and Dan turned up a couple of hours later with the part, and completed the job!
They were all very polite and respectful and got on with the job in hand. Thank you guys! 👍

Amazing

Amazing service from first contact right through to carrying out the work! I received a text message apologising that Dan would be attending later than arranged time with plenty of notice. I then received a call from Dan to say he could actually complete the job a day early Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly in and job done withing the hour! He removed the old unit and all packaging from new one, left the bathroom immaculate. I Will definitely be using this service again should I have any plumbing or heating problems. 100% recommend to anyone requiring a friendly professional company.

Impressive and fantastic service

We have been hugely impressed by the quality of service Mark Preston Plumbing has given us. Everyone we've dealt with has been unfailingly helpful, courteous and efficient. An attempt was made to rectify the old boiler - which hadn't been supplied and installed by Mark Preston, and which was over 10 years old - but when that didn't work, advice was given as to a new boiler, which was installed very speedily and which is working a treat. We'd recommend Mark Preston Plumbing without hesitation. Thank you so much
