Invited Matt out to take a look at our pressurised hot water tank as the pressure releases always opened and the expansion vessel was full to the point it fell off the wall. Matt called me back within an hour of leaving a voicemail and set a date to come round, sent a message to confirm a time and turned up early for the job. After taking a look at the tank he concluded the problem and talked me through the fix and the time it may take, explaining exactly how the system worked and why he had come to his conclusion. His workmanship and tidiness was impeccable and although he had to nip out for a new vessel he did not charge me for this time. After completing the job he contacted me after to make sure everything was ok and asked me to keep an eye over the next few weeks and if anything emerged he would come back....at his own cost. His rate was criminally low for such a great job and I will definitely be having him back for future works as well as recommending him to friends. Thanks Matt
