I can’t recommend MOT Man enough! While I was on holiday, my Honda Civic started having issues. The team at MOT Man were amazing! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, getting me back on the road in no time.

The owner went above and beyond—not only providing excellent service but also personally dropping me off at where I was staying and picking me back up once the car was ready. Such kindness and professionalism are hard to come by these days.

Great Service across the whole team, had an issue post MOT and the guys not only found the issue in record time but sorted it free of charge with good communication throughout.

When does poor customer service verge on the offensive rather than just poor? On arrival this morning was ignored totally by staff member who walked into me with some irritation and force (literally) whilst on his phone. No apology was offered and needless to say no offer of help. Walked out and obviously shall not return. Probably the worst customer service I have received in my entire life and that includes Ryan air in 2017.

Same thing happened to me 😭 just change the Bonet 🔐 and check break system they changed me 108 💷 lock I give 20 extra total 128 💷 and i think they never check the break because the break is still same..no changes

And today evening MOT man call me and end of the conversation he told me he is going to find where I am living,, I have his voice recording.

I booked my car in to have some repairs and mot I was told it would be started on straight away and would be finished by a set time in the afternoon, when I rang up to check if the car was ready I was told it wouldn't be ready till later (3 hours later than the time originally given) as they'd only just started it I was able to put my daughter into after school club and was assured that the car would be completed before my daughter finished school. I rang again to see if the car was ready to be told it would be another hour which turned out to be another two hours. The garage gave me a quote and set price to be told when I got there that the vat hadn't yet been added, the communication between staff is poor resulting in poor management of time I appreciate my vehicle was difficult to work on however I was not kept up to date with what was happening. I can't fault the garage in some aspect as they took me to pick up my daughter.
