Do not go near them.
very good at talking.
Totally disrespectful , inexperienced mechanic with threatening behaviour.
Never ever leave your vehicle with them. They will butcher your vehicle, create faults that were never there before and take money out of you for incompetent showdy work.
Furthermore, They insist on cash payments, makes excuses that card machine not working.
Only take cheque if you donot fill in the payee name and leave it blank for it to cashed on someone elses name rather then making it payable to MOT Centre Heston.
its the worst experience that never faced anything like that before.
I am reporting full case history to trading standards and ombudsman as i ended up loosing my car to them.
Advertise themselves as BMW specialist but can not even repair very basic car.
The car came to the MOT Centre Heston with the problem regarding the clutch so they fixed by inserting a brand new full clutch gear and brand new flywheel. Then the car was taken away but customer came again next day and reported the same problem. The car was fully checked again free of cost and was told that gear box was not working properly and customer denied paying for the service and in fact dumped the car which is using up the garages personal space. Furthermore the cheque that was given by customer was cancelled which till date has not been payed.
