Throughout the whole job I never has a single complaint. Even when I was indecisive about exactly what materials I wanted to be used, or how I felt something should be finished the team were always attentive and helpful. The job was completed within the agreed time and actually, for a job of such a size, caused very little disruption to our daily routine - I'd thoroughly recommend

Recommended by a number of neighbours our first meeting with Mike (Owner) was like a breath of fresh air. From the offset it was obvious that not only was he a really nice approachable guy, he was also an extremely experienced builder who prides himself in the quality of work he produces. After listening to what we wanted to do (Extended gable end and vaulted ceiling with skylights) to our delight, he was happy to offer his advice and alternative solutions which would be less disruptive and less expensive . Unlike some companies, Mike was always open about costs and mindful about the budget throughout the project, highlighting to us in advance any potential additional cost that may be incurred as a result of us requesting extra work we would like completed. As we often arrived home late in the evening, Mike would make a point of calling us to ensure we were happy with the progress (which we were) and was happy to keep in regular contact throughout the days. The team were great, like Mike, all obviously very experienced in what they did with exacting standards (Which was a great relief as I am a bit of a stickler for top end finish.) Although the job was quite messy they always kept the disruption to a minimum even ensuring the place was swept before leaving (Believe me I do not lie when I say the place was that clean I was considering asking them to give my husband some “handy housework tips” ) . At this point your probably thinking that that this glowing review is a bit OTT but honestly, after having experienced the effects of unreliable and shoddy builders who “promise the world”, if you are considering getting any building work done (large or small) I cannot recommend this company more highly. One last point.. If you are now thinking I bet this standard and quality doesn’t come cheap? think again, I can assure you that Mikes quote was extremely competitive.

Everything about my experience about this company was ideal. The job was completed on time, to a high quality, and the disruption to our daily lives was kept to a minimum. All who work for the company were always pleasant and happy to answer any queries
