I cannot thank Mark enough for he's help yesterday, whilst decorating I knocked the radiator off the wall! With water spraying all over the place I did a quick local search and found ML Blakeman, Mark was then at my property within 10minutes. Mark located and replaced the broken park and reset the pressure gauge, explaining each step as he went. I then had a follow up call to ensure all was working fine, all on a sunday afternoon.

Mark chased some heating pipes into a wall for us and replaced some old radiator vales. When quoting he also advised us on another job that we need doing in the future. He gave us several options (clearly explaining the benefits of each) along with his recommendations. We were impressed by his obvious competence and understanding of our needs. While working Mark showed that he is a highly professional, competent and thorough plumber. He was willing to test out more than one approach to ensure he delivered the best result possible. He clearly cared a great deal about the work he was doing, and was not interested in rushing through just for the sake of finishing the job. As he noticed issues with our plumbing Mark also gave us advice and recommendations for maintenance, but he was not pushy and we never felt like we were being sold to. In general Mark was very polite and friendly. We are extremely happy with the work Mark did and will absolutely be providing him with more in the future.

We had some plumbing and heating issues following moving in to a new home and Mark was able to come round the same day and sort out our immediate problems. He also took the time to advise us on some future work that we are considering. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would fully recommend ML Blakeman.
