We've used Mike for years now and every time he's been absolutely fantastic. He is reliable, punctual, fair with pricing and cleans up afterwards. More than any of that though, he really seems to care about working out the cause of the problem - he doesn't just fit parts randomly or rush to telling you you have to buy a new appliance. Top quality service!

My washing machine broke down on the Friday just before the the bank holiday weekend. I called around for quotes and everyone had said they couldn't come until the Tuesday or Wednesday after the bank holiday.
With 3 very young children, this was not an option. Luckily I came across M.J Stevenson who came the very next day. I told him the prole make and model of my washing machine. When he came he fixed the faulty part. He did not have to leave to get parts and come back.
Excellent service highly recommended.
