MJR's Upholstery is a local upholstery firm started by myself Mike Rowbrey in 1987, re-covering all types of furniture from small dining chairs to large settees with all sorts of jobs in between. Always trying to maintain the highest possible standard see photos of work done.

Upholstery worth of the end result

Over the years has been difficult to find an upholsterer that is able to have the time to listen to your requirements when you first visit him/her and as a result, end up with a superior high quality product, either by means of a refurbish or from scratch product.
A extremely experienced, with a very fair price business, that becomes personally involved in providing from start to finish a product worth of being part of the most skilled tradesmen portfolio.
Extremely positively impressed with MJR’s skills and know how.

Reupholstery Specialist.

Mike Rowbery has done two excellent jobs for us. Took a decrepit wooden office swivel chair, restored the frame to “as new” and reupholstered the seat in leather. Now looks immaculate. We had a set of old 1930s dining chairs that were very much worse for wear. He restored the frames and reupholstered them in leather so they look like new.

Exceptional Craftmanship

We had 3 Parkerknoll recliner chairs and a bed settee reupholstered by MJR`s Upholstery. They were very professional and responded without delay, fulfilling all promises. Technally they were detailed using photographs and materials to explain procedures. The craftmanship was exceptional and we wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them to even the most discerning of customers.
