MJ Design Architectural Services Ltd provide professional bespoke plans drawn services for all manner of building works. Whether it’s an extension you have always fancied, loft conversion, internal alterations, etc we can help to advise and review different options available.

Because we 3d model every project, it allows for appreciating the new spaces, creating internal views and walkthroughs, 3d virtual reality, etc all to help you visualise the proposal and importantly, allow you to engage to further tweak as you would see fit.

We do not charge for an initial contact and discussion about the intended works. Happy to pop around and chat / advise in the first instance.

Upon acceptance of indicated costs we would arrange to visit the property to carry out a survey to allow Stage 1 drawings to be developed. This will provide for existing plans & elevations and also initial proposals for tabling and review.

Once we have the agreed proposed plans, its either off to Planning (if it requires approval) or its directly onto Stage 2 and the construction, more detailed drawings for building regulations.
