M I U Unisex Hair & Beauty

I wanted to write to say that I had one of the best salon experiences today at Miu. Dana and Iqra were wonderful. They're both such warm and caring ladies. The entire staff are so professional and courteous.
I was a bit apprehensive as it was the second time I had been in a salon since my Son's death. The first time (at a different salon) was a disaster because the hair stylist actually stopped talking to me when I told her I lost my Son. Dana and Iqra's approach was the complete opposite. They offered their condolences and asked questions about my Son. They also acknowledged my sorrow and talked about the grieving process. This made me feel validated and comfortable.
My haircut is the best I have ever gotten in my 58 years. Dana is such a gifted hair stylist. Please visit this salon. The energy and warmth are like non other I have experienced - and I have been to salons in Rome, London, Chicago, Washington, DC - and everywhere in between.

Wonderful experience, sorted out my daughters hair after a colour done at home went terribly wrong. Staff all very friendly, felt at home and very welcomed. The hairdressers went far beyond what they had to do. Highly recommended!!!!

Have had my last 2 colours done by Lesley Anne.She did exactly what was asked so very pleased. The salon itself is very comfy and everyone is very friendly and helpful. All the staff help out which is great because you don't feel like you're waiting around all the time. For one appointment they phoned to let me know they were running a little bit late (it was only aboout 15 mins) so instead of rushing to get to anappointment and having to wait for 15 mins I could take my time and when I arrived I was taken straight away. I have to get my roots done every 4-6 weeks which costs a lot and have been to pretty much every hairdresser from the city centre to the west end and Miu stands out as valuing their customers. Will def be back
