Also goes by the name of "HUNTS CAR BREAKERS"- its the same people. Had very poor customer service- first time I called the other person on the line started to talk to others in the backround then hung up. I rang back to then be told they'd ring back in 10 mins about the spare part- they never did. I rang back several times and no one is picking up. This has happened on 2 SEPERATE OCCASIONS. RUDE SERVICE- would NOT RECOMMEND.

Waste of time. Tell people they have parts and when you get there they dont. dont apologise and dont care. Visited once and never again.

arranged to have my car recovered and they did'nt turn up. I phoned them and was told they had a problem with their driver and they would pick it up the next day at a set time. I waited with the car by the roadside for 3 hours. Being a young lady on my own it was not safe for me to sit there all day. disgusting service.

Gave a firm offer of £100 for car. I fully described vehicle and asked for confirmation that this was a firm price. Driver who collects offers less. Quick pantomime phone call to boss gets an extra tenner. After some conversation driver admits this is how his boss always operates.
