Maurice has just finished refurbishing our bathroom. He turned my dated, grey bathroom into a modern, bright bathroom. I must be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to the upheaval of having the bathroom completely ripped out, but Maurice was brilliant. His work is of a very high quality. Maurice always turned up on time. He is friendly, reliable and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. We did have to wait a few months from getting the quote for the work to actually getting it done, but that was just a testimony to us that he is in demand because he is good at his job.

Bathroom Install

The service I received from M G Plumbing (Maurice) for my bathroom Installation was amazing. He transformed my old bathroom which was in a mess and in need of serious work.  Maurice went above and beyond our expectations and completed the full install within 2 weeks.  He was always professional and punctual throughout. I initially thought this would be a stressfull process however when you have a good honest tradesman like Maurice then all that stress is taken away.  He cleaned up every day so my house didnt feel like a building site. He gave great advice and together I am delighted with the final result. Overall I highly recommend Maurice he ticks all the boxes you need if you are getting a new bathroom Install.

Maurice has completed two bathroom refurbishments for us now and we would recommend him without hesitation. The quality of his work is excellent, he is reliable, friendly and competitive with his quotes. We are delighted with his most recent project and we would certainly contact Maurice for work in the future.

Stunning bathroom installation

MG Plumbing recently installed our new bathroom. Maurice was very helpful in giving advice regarding colour and styles of tiling and flooring, when we were struggling to choose, including recommending a tile supplier. The flooring he recommended and fitted is absolutely beautiful, and is non-slip. Maurice worked very hard to undertake all the preparatory work involved, including organising other tradesmen (plasterer/electrician), and has finished the bathroom to a high standard. Maurice takes pride in his work and is trustworthy. We are delighted with the finished bathroom, it's stunning. We would highly recommend Maurice as a plumber and bathroom fitter.

Great job from an experienced and determined plumber

I hired MG Plumbing to replace a kitchen sink tap that was very difficult to access and remove.

Maurice of MG came to inspect and the quote was very reasonable so I decided to go ahead. Maurice did a great job, despite some tough challenges with the old tap (nut and bolt heavily rusted through and unable to remove using traditional methods). His determination and clear work ethic was demonstrated as he didn't give up. He used a hacksaw and leveraged a gap at the top of the tap to cut through and remove it.

Prior to this, I've called other plumbers to get this tap replaced and none of them have returned back
(despite saying they would) as they all would state it looks a bit of a difficult job.

Maurice has the experience, ability and determined mindset to not give up and get the job done to a high standard.
