I don’t even know where to start and also don’t want to write a novel. All I’m gonna say don’t be fooled by 5 star reviews. Red flags from the start but my husband had faith in these guys so we let them continue with the work and I wish we didn’t. So I would strongly advise people to invest they hard earned money with someone else and avoid this company at all costs because you will end up spending more money for someone else to fix the problems.

Unfortunately despite trying to contact Mr Gammie ,through emails, Whatsapp and post as advised by Citizen's Advice , offering MG Decor the opportunity to carry out remedial work on my property there has been no attempt on MG decor's part to reply ,cooperate or complete the work as initially agreed . A very costly and stressful association with this business so far.
Don't waste your money or health on their services

Terrible experience . Subcontractors used and an unacceptable Mr Angry attitude when concerns raised about quality of work . Work not carried out as agreed i.e., electrical , paint work and joinery
Tardiness of Electrician - setting other trades back. Left without w.machine and later hob for over a week. Messy socket realignment .
Painters- patched up bedroom walls. Didn't paint the entire walls as MG had agreed prior to work . Patches and splits now visible. Incompleted kitchen - decorating above splashbacks and door facings.
Joiners- rough work using staples and wrong skirtings fitted . 2nd joiners dropped cooker hood onto a new induction hob and smashed .
Bespoke coloured glass from Basebuild - wrong measurements - MG himself had measured. MG doesn't come back to check work which would avoid angst and endless texts. Paid MG , his personal account , as he requested for work done as I thought he would come back . No offer to amend . How naive was I and still waiting for a receipt

Martin's team did an absolutely first class job painting and papering my whole house. Bob and Jim were in for a week and were friendly and professional. Finished on time and on budget. Would not hesitate to recommend. Superb workmanship. Well done guys!

Great job by Martin and his squad. Quick efficient, clean and good quality. Competitive quote too. They painted my exterior woodwork and gutters, really pleased.
