Waste of money

Came out to fix an issue, paid for the repair. Contacted a week later as the issue had not been resolved, couldn’t have cared less. Wouldn’t use again and would not recommend.

This service was excellent. The problem was sorted within a half an hour of the engineer arriving. He showed me the problem which was the failed heating element. He was able to replace the heating element from the stock on his van and then advised me how to look after the washing machine to avoid buildup of scale which had caused the problem. He tidied carefully afterwards refitting the door and panel which I had removed. He was polite and efficient. I shall be using this company for all my kitchen appliance repairs from now on.
