No help when in agony and feel let down.

I am very disappointed with this dentist practice (M &N).
I rang them Monday 9th May 2022 explaining I have broken my tooth and I'm in agony.
The male receptionist tolde they can fit me in for a check up in one week.
I explained I cannot go another day let alone a week to be told that's all we have I'm afraid.
I will not be returning to this dental practice.
Thank god we have 111 we can rely on.
