Shocking experience

Went for a haircut and left literally butchered. Ended up with two serious cuts- one on my head and one super serious on my neck! Shocking experience and lots of blood! No apologies and I even been asked to pay! Charged £15 for permanent scars and traumatic experience! Don’t go there!!!
