CROOKS

I have now been here 3 times, because they don't know how to fix a phone properly. You're not getting a good deal out of them, they don't know how to fix a phone. they stick your phone together with glue that comes apart with in a month, in my case 2 days. DON'T GO HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go some where better.

Crooks. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I was quoted £120 which they "kindly" reduced to £90, to fix an iPhone7 screen. My screen broke 2 moths later, I used another shop to repair it at £45, when they opened it up it was missing over half the screws. M & C Fix did this to save time. I went back to complain and their justification was that I'm "probably unprofessional sometimes too". NEVER USE THIS SHOP. Go to Max Moblie on alferton road or Moblie Nottingham Repairs on Weekday cross or Fix My Device on Friar Ln. I am launching official complaints until this place is shutdown.

Crooks

Smashed my iphone screen. I was quoted £50 for a 'cheap chinese screen' or £80 for a 'legitimate Apple screen', I paid the extra for the 'legitimate screen'. A couple of days later, my iphone screen is smashed (I had not even dropped it), just simply from being in my pocket... How is this possible for a 'legitimate apple screen' to be so weak? When I went into the store I was told its my fault, my problem and they will do nothing about it. They are crooks... Do not use them! They will fix your screen in a couple of hours (very quick service i'll admit), but it will break in a day or two.

Terrible

Customer service is their lowest priority.

The quality of their products is sub-standard, yet they charge a premium price.

I would avoid this place at all costs, and choose one of the many other mobile/repair stores.

Rip off

This shop is a rip off the staff lie and they don't take responsibility. I took my iPad to be repaired . In fact all it needed was a new central button. So I left it with them, then the next day myself and partner went to collect it, I had a quick look should of checked properly but! I was in a rush to get to an appointment. So I clung onto my iPad until I got home. I popped it down on the sofa then we went to the appointment. Once back I checked my iPad and noticed their was a slight gap in the side which seemed strange, so I called them and took it back as the man tried to put his finger nail down the side the screen cracked I took the iPad to look at it and said you've cracked the screen instantly the guy said I must of done that taking it home. They would not honour the guarantee and said it would cost me £75 for a new screen after I'd already spent £115.00 I dont think so.I took the iPad to a different shop who told me people are now coming to him as this shop ripping people off
