M & A Mastic Asphalt Ltd was first established in 1979 as a family company in our home of Derby, with Allan and Hilary Baines naming the company after the first initials of their young children; Matthew and Andrew.
Felt Roofing repairs from leaking roofs including Rubber Roofing, Slating and Tile Repairs, Mastic Asphalt Flooring, UPVC Fascia and Soffit, Guttering, Tanking and Insulation, M & A Mastic Asphalt Ltd does it all.
We offer our services throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire and beyond. We are a friendly, family run business that ensures each and every contract is completed to the highest standards - no job is considered too big or small.
Our expertise lies in mastic asphalt flooring, tanking and as roofing contractors. After many hours of hard work and dedication, we saw our reputation grow. As the business grew, so did our portfolio. Finding our way into the built-up felt roofing area, we began to offer a long list of services. Once again, we felt our determination had paid off, earning us an enviable reputation.

5With detailed inspection it was obvious the roof was fine and reassurance from M&A that my guarantee remains current put my mind at ease. A week later M&A returned to tidy some tiles that the dodgy company had broken to try to get further work.

5I just wanted to drop you both a note to say a big thank you to you and the team for the works done. John and I are pleased & relieved to have had such an easy experience finding a lasting solution for our flooring, which has been damp for many years.
The team that came in worked so hard to get it all completed for us to move our furniture back in. They communicated clearly throughout the day on progress and were polite and friendly all the time. I’m just so sorry the weather wasn’t a little cooler for them!
We were also grateful for the regular comms to organise the final blending work. It caused us no problem as we knew exactly what was going on and when.
