5Terrible service!
1I am pleased to say that 99.9% of our customers are warm, friendly, and reasonable, but every now and then we get the odd customer that thinks there better than everyone else, that there entitled to be rude and talk down to the attending engineer. In most case our engineer will be professional, do the job and leave. In your case one of the attending engineers was in fact me (the company director). You requested a boiler service and had an issue with the boiler programmer. I explained the cheapest and best option for fixing the programmer (as your current one was no longer available) and your attitude was so rude, that your husband then took over the conversation and even apologised to us when you stormed out of the room. We serviced the 12yr old boiler and installed an RF programmer. However, the Boiler case door was damaged and required replacing, we ordered a replacement whilst on site and the suppliers said a few days and then 2 days later (23rd Dec) we collected. We happened to be passing the property and therefore stopped a knocked at the door (1045hrs). On answering the door we were again met with utter rudeness, we offered to come back in the new year if it was not a good time, we were told to go round to the f-ing back door and on opening the back door we were again verbal abused for not calling first. Even after explaining we where simply passing the abuse continued. You were asked by myself not to talk to us in that way, however you persisted and as a result I instructed my colleague to stop what he was doing and we walked away from the job and returned the part to the suppliers. No regrets from our side, as there is plenty of decent customers out there.
