This new boiler was fitted in place of a old floor standing boiler.New installation has a condense pump below boiler to the right hand side ,new 4
The old boiler was fitted in the utility room the other side of the wall. New Worcester combi. boiler fitted into the garage ,new vertical flue fitted .
Following on from last picture ,showing where old conventional flued boiler was fitted
New vertical flue fitted ,with lead slate to tiles ,left hand side.
Old boiler drained and being removed .
Old boiler out, flue hole filled and scratch coated.
New condensing system boiler being fitted
New boiler fitted ,just customer to paint .This was fitted in a utility room.
This unit is being replaced as leaking .
Unit removed ,floor to be cross braced across joists to spread weight of new cylinder.
New 180 Lts indirect hot water cylinder fitted. S plan type system. New Magnaclean fitted to boiler return. Scale inhibitor fitted. New Grundfos heating pump and auto bye pass valve. New 28mm overflow fitted underfloor to outside low level . This job took 3 days with new condensing boiler fitted .

Jon G has just put a new Worcester Bosch boiler in for us and we have been really pleased with the result ! We now have peace of mind with a 12 year warranty. He was very Knowledgable in its recommendation - tidy, professional and always arrived on time.

Continued great service after 12 Years.

Our heating system which was installed almost 12 years ago continues to work perfectly, testament to Jon's work and system design/quality components chosen.

We see Jon annually for a check-up service and had cause to ask Jon to come out for an additional visit over the Festive Season which Jon kindly did (whilst on holiday !), as the bolier was making strange noises.

This was quicky and embarrasingly diagnosed as a blockage in a drain pipe under the sink. So not and issue with the boiler to blemish its integrity history to date, but an issue with our washing-up techniques which had a knock on affect on the bolier's ability to drain the condensation overflow.

We continue to highly recommend Jon and Lydiard Heating.

Excellent service from quote to completion of the works (new Worcester Bosch Boiler and hotter tank).
Jon was very professional and did an excellent job with NO extras added the exact quote.
He left the house immaculate even day . I would highly recommend.

We're very happy with our new Worcester Bosch boiler, which is quieter, much more attractive and more efficient than the 30-year old boiler it replaced. Jon's quote was competitive, he was considerate and polite, and he tidied up at the end of each day. The installation is neat, there is a 7-year warranty - in short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lydiard Heating Ltd.
