Excellent Service & value on an A1 condition used Mercedes door lock from a friendly helpful company

My sons W203 series drivers door suddenly refused to latch shut. I removed the lock and found a spring had broken inside so it was beyond repair.
I read the reviews and decided to give LUX Parts a phone. I spoke to a very helpful lady who told me they had good 2nd hand locks in stock. When I said I would come over and get the part, she said she would get the item ready for me. Upon arrival I was met by two very helpful staff who knew about my previous call and what I wanted. A couple of moments later I was in possession of an excellent condition, ready to install replacement lock. The staff at this company are knowledgable and friendly and their prices are more than reasonable. I would not hesitate in calling this company again for used parts. It was nice to get some good old fashioned service for a change.

Good and reliable auto parts store!

Good parts at a fraction of the new part cost. Charged a very reasonable amount for fitting, the staff seemed to know a lot abou the cars! Overall 5/5 and if i need anything else I will contact them for sure!
