Booked in for a pedicure and the appointment was cancelled 1.5 hours before online.
No phone call.
No email.
No attempt to rebook.
They just cancelled and I was already on my way to them.
It would be better for them not to take bookings they aren’t capable of dealing with, or even call customers as a curtesy in these circumstances.
But no, so they aren’t a serious business and clearly don’t know how to operate as one.
Avoid.

Owner was aggressive, shouted at me/ told me she did not intend to listen to me when I said I was not enjoying the treatment & did not intend to pay for the unprofessional service. 'You will' was the threatening response! Was booked in for facial & head massage. No skin consultation/ health questions, I mentioned I have sensitive skin & do not use any chemicals in my skincare. Exfoliator was rubbed into my eyes & my face began to sting. Saffie was put out to have to remove it. Face mask was applied, covering lips so I was unable to talk. Not that I had been asked if any of the products felt ok. Then the hair pulling head massage with no products began. Thoroughly tense I sat up saying I was not enjoying it, wasnt comfortable/ confident in what she was doing. Her response 'thats fine, you can just pay & leave'. She called the police, locked & physically blocked the door when I took my chance to flee as her next client/victim came in. Pushed my way out the door, shaking with adrenaline.
