Great service and very professional, the carpets look so much better. Exceed my expectations as always, the carpets were very dirty, but Jack made them look great and they smell really nice and fresh.

My 2 year old son had spilled a whole cup of coffee on my carpet and, 2 days after I thought I had cleaned it, the horrible smell of gone off milk/coffee started to fill my living room! I may have made it worse by rubbing the stain in and it may have gone through to the underlay. We also have a particularly thick carpet which makes it more difficult to clean.

We called several Carpet Cleaners but found Lush to be very friendly and professional on the phone and explained to me in full what they would try to do the get rid of the stain/smell. Luckily they had an appointment free and Jack came round to help us that very afternoon. Jack was very friendly and professional and pulled out all the stops to ensure that the difficult smell had gone fully, and where other cleaners may have given up, Jack stayed and went above and beyond to ensure that he had beaten the foul milk smell! So where the initial booking should have been a 30 minute job, Jack stayed over 2 hours to remove the stench with no extra charge. Overall I would book Jack again without a hesitation, he was professional and friendly, but most of all his work ethic was brilliant and he didn't give up where others would take your money and leave.
