Lumosia Corporate Photography

I was not happy with my photos at all. Lumosia are going for quantity not quality and take a "one size fits all", conveyor belt approach to headshots. The poses & direction I was given was restrictive and didn't help me feel relaxed or express my personality. The lighting was poor and the whole shoot was very rushed. I didn't even get an hour in front of the camera when you factor in arriving, unpacking, going to the toilet, deciding on outfits....then the doorbell went and I realized they'd booked someone in literally straight after me with no time buffer for me to pack my stuff.

I wrote to Lumosia saying I wasn't happy and that I didn't feel what I received was a reflection of their online portfolio. I asked for a refund on the package I purchased and said I'd happily sign something to say I wouldn't use their images. Unfortunately they refused so I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Pay a bit more and go to someone who will give you time, care and attention.
